These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by RICHTER INNOVATIONS LLC, doing business as RIINCO ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, AI receptionist services, and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
RIINCO may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses generated or routed through our AI receptionist systems. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize RIINCO to send text messages to your mobile number using automated technology, including AI-assisted and prerecorded voice systems where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 317-779-2162. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.
